Solange Posey
Vocalist Solange Posey hails from the tropical Island of Vitoria, Espirito Santo in Brazil. The Brazilian soprano started in Children's choir. She went on to start her own band in Brazil and toured the country performing as lead singer. Since arriving in America in 2004, she continues to perform with great and passionate Brazilian and jazz musicians in Illinois. Solange will take you on a musical journey to Brazil (no passport needed). She fills the stage with the soul and passion of Brazil surging with a repertoire of Bossa Nova, Samba, Brazilian popular music and Latin Jazz.
